Psychotherapy is an important journey where someone works on past and oftentimes present emotional pain. Therapy can look at the roots of issues or irrational thought patterns. You may have symptoms of a mental health issue relating to depression or anxiety. You may just want to feel and function better.  Some challenges people face can be years of grief, trauma, lifestyle change, job loss or divorce. There isn’t a single person I know that has not faced a personal challenge that at times has had them feeling lost, confused and sometimes questioning where to go next.
